Mixed Levels class is for all levels and abilities. Power Fit Pilates is for Intermediate & Advanced students. Stretch, Strength & Lengthen in a gentle Yoga-Inspired stretch class for all levels. Exercises are performed using a mat and small equipment such as magic circles, balls, and straps (we provide them all - just bring yourself and some water!). This class allows you to develop an understanding of how your body moves as we focus on building strength, improving flexibility, alignment, and balance.
This class is just you and a maximum of 9 other students. Small class size allows us to make your experience centered around individual focused learning while providing positive guidance from your instructor. Please click the "Sign Up for Mat Class" button below to reserve a spot - we keep class size small and sometimes have a wait list! If you need to cancel, we ask that you let us know 4 hours in advance so we can fill your reservation.
We offer private sessions for those wanting to take their results to the next level with the one on one focus of working with a private instructor. This type of session is tailored to your body's level and is suitable for those with specific athletic goals or those who may come from injury and are currently rehabilitating. We will utilize all equipment in the studio such as the Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Chair, Mat and other small equipment. Please call or email us to schedule your private session.
